Sunwood Condominium Association has been a part of the Tukwila community since January of 1977. Our association is comprised of 178 units that overlook South Center Mall and we're conveniently close to the I-5 / I-405 southern connector, Seatac International Airport and the Tukwila Link Light Rail station.

Common amenities include a heated swimming pool adjacent to a well-equipped cabana, an indoor hot tub and an outdoor tennis court. Sunwood owners take pride in ownership and we hope that you will find this website resource useful and informative.
